ENLIGHT10CONSULTING may need to collect your personal data interacting with you directly:

specifying in the subject line of the email or letter "Personal rights" and enclosing a copy of your identity document. You can also object to your data being processed and to your data being used for marketing purposes.
ENLIGHT10CONSULTING undertakes to respond as soon as possible, and in any event within one month from receiving your request.
When necessary, that period may be extended by two months, having regard for the number and complexity of requests sent to ENLIGHT10CONSULTING. Where that occurs, you will be informed of that extension and the reasons for it.
If ENLIGHT10CONSULTING does not act on your request, it will inform you of the reasons for doing nothing and you will be entitled to make a complaint to a supervisory authority and/or to bring court proceedings.
